Joannie takes her role as a support and coach for other agents in her office very seriously and is dedicated to building a team that can best serve her clients and the community.

Joannie has always loved good design and great craftsmanship. Multiple moves around the country and personal experience with investment properties and property management led her to a career in real estate that has been fulfilling in many ways. She is truly passionate about helping her clients get the most for their home sale or purchase, and her record as a Top 10% agent in a 400+ person office shows that she is really good at her job!

Originally from Michigan, Joannie met her husband Aaron at Michigan State University. Soon after graduation the young couple moved to Georgia and settled down to start a family. Subsequent moves took them to North Carolina, Virginia, and back to Georgia. Never one to rest on her laurels, Joannie has at times been a dedicated home school teacher to her children, furniture refinisher and sales rep, and more recently she served as the head of fundraising for the Harrison High School Band Board of Directors.

With four children who are now “launched” out of the home, Joannie has put her strong networking skills and honest, loyal attitude to work for her clients. Her background in Human Resources Management allows her to truly understand how to listen to her clients’ needs, and she constantly does research on the market to provide the best expertise and advice.
